Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request a refund and cancel monthly access purchased from Market Online, operated by MATEUS FIRGON LTD.

To request a refund: email [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase or relevant monthly charge. Include the purchase email, program name and order reference if available. Never send full card information.

Review of requests

We review timely requests, including those about missing access, duplicate charges or billing mistakes. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method when possible. Any mandatory consumer rights remain available regardless of this policy.

Cancel a monthly program

Business Planning Workspace and Financial Literacy Resource Hub each renew at US$27 per month until canceled. To stop the next renewal, email [email protected] before your next billing date. Canceling prevents future charges but does not automatically refund a past charge; you may request review under this policy.

Single-purchase programs

Digital Workflow Essentials and Practical Bookkeeping Foundations each cost US$37 once. They do not renew automatically.

Processing and disputes

We will acknowledge and review requests and communicate the outcome. The time for an approved refund to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. For a charge you do not recognize, contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve it.
